Return & Refund Policy

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return. We only accept returns for orders that get delivered to you in a damaged condition.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Replacement or Refund:

If we accept your return, you can opt for a refund or a replacement. In both cases you will be sent a Label which you will have to take a printout and affix on the top of the package.

In case you opt for a refund we will arrange to get the product picked up from you. Once we receive the product which may take up to 3-6 days we would process a refund if the product is found with all its parts and accessories. In case some part of the product is found missing we might deduct a partial amount from the refund amount.

If you opt for a replacement, once the product reaches us we will ship the new product from our side. 

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
